Facility Coordinator Contract Support

As a CBRE Contract Support Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to a large Business Unit, Facility, or Account. This position is based on-site in Kuna, Idaho. The work schedule is Monday - Friday 6 : 30 / 7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 / 4 : 00 pm. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled.

What You'll Do :

  • Respond to client inquiries and concerns and ensure timely and quality service delivery and follow-up to ensure satisfaction.
  • Be a financial and operational systems champion. Suggest efforts to put in place cost-saving opportunities to maximize customer and financial savings targets.
  • Develop relationships with vendors, complete RFPs, obtain and negotiate costs for services and repair work, ensuring quote accuracy and understanding of the scope of work.
  • Manage vendor performance with on-site meetings, quarterly reviews, audits, and job walks as appropriate.
  • Schedule work, requesting permits where needed, arrange site access, escort vendors and oversee the work to ensure compliance with QHSE standards.
  • Understand the scope of the contract and make sure that all work is carried out accordingly.
  • Assist Regional Contract Support with purchase requisitions / purchase orders, resolving invoice issues, annual budget planning and forecasting.
  • Coordinate and onboard vendors for reactive and planned works and manage sub-contractor paperwork.
  • Deliver monthly reporting support on Contract and Business Unit Reviews.
  • Gather and analyze data to identify and solve complex problems that arise with little or no precedent. May recommend new techniques.
  • Impact own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related.
  • Suggest improvements to existing processes and solutions to improve the efficiency of the team.

What You'll Need :

  • High School Diploma or GED with 3-4 years of job-related experience.
  • A comprehensive understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function is required.
  • Ability to evaluate and communicate unusual and / or complex content in a concise and logical way.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate advanced figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
