Product Manager Lead Consultant

The Product Manager Lead Consultant is responsible for defining, delivering, and managing the lifecycle of one or more analytical data products in Allstate & affiliates' growing product portfolio. This role assists with establishing strategic product vision, product discovery, roadmaps, and backlog to maximize customer and enterprise value. Successful Product Managers identify assumptions and validate them using product discovery techniques while working closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective go-to-market and communication strategies. We seek someone who can take ownership and drive work forward with minimal oversight, apply systems thinking to connect product decisions with broader organizational goals, and make strategic decisions informed by data, customer insights, and market trends.
Key Responsibilities
Authors, tests, and accepts stories.
Define and manage metrics to measure the success of your efforts and to inform the overall product strategy.
Contribute towards creating the product strategy for one or more products in our growing digital product portfolio.
Use customer feedback, detailed market analysis, and data gathering to provide recommendations on decisions about product strategy.
Provide input on decomposing complex problems into smaller manageable tasks by creating and prioritizing a backlog for the Product Team.
Manages the product backlog, contributes towards creating an effective vision and provide timely stakeholder feedback on development iterations.
Represent the "voice of the customer"; invest significant time with current and potential customers to understand their needs and habits.
Engage in discovery / test & learn activities to quickly validate assumptions and product direction.
Education
4 year Bachelors Degree
Experience
5 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Compensation Compensation offered for this role is $104,000.00 - 187,625.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
