Job description\tIntegrity in care, outcomes, and communication \tInnovation through science, neuroplasticity, and aesthetics \tCompassion and holistic understanding \tProfessionalism and accountability \tTeam synergy and shared growth \tEducation and empowerment of patients and staff \tTransformation through mind-body alignment \tPerform safe and precise injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, Sculptra, Kybella, etc.) \tDeliver advanced skin rejuvenation services (microneedling, radiofrequency, laser, chemical peels) \tRecommend holistic body-contouring and wellness treatments (Emsculpt Neo, Emsella, Exion RF) \tEducate patients on medical-grade skincare and long-term results \tMaintain detailed and compliant clinical documentation \tEngage with patients and the community via social media, sharing educational and ethical content \tParticipate in clinical training, team meetings, and professional development sessions \tCollaborate with psychiatry and wellness providers for psycho-aesthetic integration \tAdvanced injection techniques with an emphasis on natural and safe outcomes \tKnowledge of facial anatomy and complication management \tUnderstanding of neuroaesthetic principles and the link between mental wellness and beauty \tAbility to perform comprehensive consultations and individualized treatment planning \tExpertise in skin conditions and appropriate medical-grade skincare recommendations \tStrong social media fluency aligned with brand ethics and education \tExcellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills \tAbility to thrive in a high-end, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment \tActive Massachusetts License : MD / DO, PA, NP, or RN (in good standing) \tMinimum 3 years of experience as an Aesthetic Injector \tBackground in medical aesthetics and customer service \tStanding for extended periods during procedures \tLight lifting (up to 15 lbs) and occasional bending or reaching \tMalpractice coverage \tContinuing education and training opportunities \tAccess to advanced neuro-aesthetic technology \tProfessional growth within an innovative, luxury medical practice
