Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound leads and appointments (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact
• Contact present customers (phone, email) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
• Loaner vehicle management
• Some office / accounting duties
• Assist with meeting and greeting service customers promptly in a professional and courteous manner
• Engage with customers waiting for their vehicles in the customer lounge
• Oversee customer contact reports and make calls for follow-up
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the company's vision, mission, and values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and suppliers

Qualifications :

All applicants must pass pre-employment testing, which includes background checks, MVR, and drug testing, to qualify for employment.
