Speech-Language Pathologist (Accepting CFY candidates) - Palm Springs, FL

Job type : Full-time

Job Summary : We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. The SLP will evaluate, diagnose, and treat children with a wide range of speech, language, fluency, and social communication needs. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, collaborative, and dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for pediatric clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child's needs.
• Provide direct therapy for articulation, language delays, fluency, social / pragmatic communication, and voice disorders.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to support therapy goals at home, school, and in the community.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with state and organizational guidelines.
• Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and mentorship to assigned SLPAs.
• Educate and support parents / caregivers on strategies to encourage communication development.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and ongoing training.
