Patient Accounts Representative

The Patient Accounts Representative is responsible for the registration of new patients, insurance verification, and account counseling.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Proven experience as a patient account representative or similar role, preferred
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Highly organized and detail oriented; particularly in regards to time management
• Ability to prioritize key objectives while performing daily tasks as well as the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to effectively utilize applicable electronic systems and programs

Work Schedule : Monday - Friday, 7 : 30A.M. - 4 : 30P.M. Pay Type : Hourly
