Travel Nursing Job Details

Healthcare Setting : Cardiac Cath Lab

Nursing Shift : 10-hour day shifts; call required 3-4 times per month

Hours per Week : 40

Employment Type : Travel RN, On-Site

Registered Nurse Qualifications

Active Illinois RN license (required at submission)

Minimum 1 year of recent Cath Lab RN experience

BLS certification (American Heart Association)

NIHSS certification

Ability to take call (3-4 times per month)

Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of O'Fallon, IL

Cath Lab RN Responsibilities

Assist with cardiac and peripheral procedures : right / left heart caths, PCI devices, TEE / CV, Watchman, TAVR, Mitral clips, electrophysiology, and thrombectomy

Operate advanced medical equipment : IABP, Penumbra, Inari, Shockwave, IVUS, laser lead extraction

Collaborate with the cardiac care team to deliver high-quality patient care during shifts and on-call hours

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold safety standards

Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical training
