Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse specializing in Wound Care. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills in wound assessment, management, and treatment, as well as a commitment to patient education and infection control practices. Responsibilities Perform wound assessments and develop comprehensive care plans. Administer appropriate wound treatments and dressings, utilizing advanced techniques. Educate patients and families on wound care and prevention of skin integrity issues. Manage patient records and documentation in Epic. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 1 year of direct wound care experience required. Previous charge nurse experience preferred. Experience in a clinic setting preferred. BLS certification preferred. Proficient with wound care products and techniques (e.g., alginates, enzymatic debriding agents, silver products).
