Mechanical Engineer HVAC

IC Mechanical is seeking a Mechanical Engineer HVAC to lead our engineering team, manage high-impact projects, and contribute to our continued success in the commercial HVAC industry.

What We're Looking For

• Educational Background : A Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. We also value a combination of education and extensive experience, with 10 to 20 years of relevant industry experience.
• Leadership Experience : You bring a minimum of 10 years of experience leading engineering teams in the commercial market, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Industry Expertise : Extensive experience in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, managing HVAC projects with increasing responsibility. A Professional Engineer (PE) License and proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit are strong advantages.
• Skills and Abilities : Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, a natural self-starter with the ability to motivate and lead teams toward common goals, and exceptional organizational skills.
