Clean Harbors is seeking an InSite Operations Manager - Healthcare in the Dallas, Texas area. This position is responsible for overseeing all company activities and managing the InSite staff on the customer site. Responsibilities :
Ensure Health and Safety is the number one priority by complying with all safe work practices, policies, and processes and always acting in a safe mannerManage and coordinate the efforts and Health and Safety oversight of the Clean Harbors onsite employees for customer's air, water, and / or hazardous waste programsManage and track facility wide "cradle to grave" waste generation, storage, and disposal by providing waste tracking reportsResponsible for proper packaging of waste to maximize efficiency and maintain complianceSchedule transportation and disposal of outgoing wastes as neededMaintain adequate levels of equipment for routine service needs and ongoing projectsScope special projects and provide estimatesAssist customers with compiling data necessary for completing the Generator's Annual Report and other required reporting functionsConduct facility wide compliance audits include inspections of staging, accumulating and storage areas to ensure proper housekeeping procedures and complianceMaintain communication between customers, drivers, and central logistics teamProvides compliance information, maintenance, safety, and permitting to ManagerReview logistics and work closely with customer service to understand shipping needsPromotes safety by ensuring that personnel have the appropriate personal protective equipment, work plans, and training, etc.Understands expected job profitability by scheduling and managing resources efficientlyFollow all local, state (provincial) and federal compliance regulations and rulesObserve all company environmental health and safety operating guidelinesPerforms other duties as assignedPreferred Qualifications :
Bachelor's degreeAlternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.Skills :
