Service Advisor Position

Riverside Ford of Tulsa is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our growing team! One of our current advisors has given notice, and we're looking to fill this position as soon as possible with a strong, customer-focused professional.

We're seeking someone who is :

• Experienced in the Service Advisor role ideally in a dealership or high-volume service center
• Proficient with Auto Integrate, including submitting and managing repair requests
• Comfortable handling warranty claims, including obtaining approvals and communicating with warranty companies
• Familiar with Reynolds Ignite (our current DMS platform)
• Able to work rotating Saturdays as part of our service team schedule
• A clear communicator who takes pride in delivering a seamless customer experience from start to finish
