Unit Registered Nurse (RN)
Unit RN Salary Range :
$36.10–$55.82 / hour
Job Summary
The
Unit RN
provides nursing services requiring advanced knowledge, strong clinical judgment, and professional skill. You’ll carry out nursing care plans based on principles of biological, physiological, behavioral, and social sciences to support holistic resident care .
Education & Licensure
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current RN licensure
or compact licensure recognized by Vermont
Experience & Requirements
Gerontological nursing experience preferred
Knowledge of supervision techniques a plus
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Demonstrated competence in nursing practice
BLS certification required
Unit Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Unit LPN Salary Range :
$28.71–$42.66 / hour
Job Summary
The
Unit LPN
delivers nursing services requiring technical expertise, sound judgment, and strong clinical skills. You’ll perform selected nursing tasks under the direction of an RN, supporting safe, effective resident care.
Education & Licensure
Current LPN licensure
or compact licensure recognized by Vermont
Experience & Requirements
Gerontological nursing experience preferred
Knowledge of supervision techniques helpful
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Demonstrated competence in nursing practice
BLS certification required

Post Acute
Care : The goal of our
Post Acute Unit
is to provide supportive, goal-directed care following surgery and / or hospitalization. This amazing program helps prevent re-hospitalization and transition folks out of being hospitalized. Specially designed treatment programs provide patients with the preparation, support and education that enables them to return home as quickly as possible where patients can reach their highest possible level of independence. We provide rehabilitation and nursing support for a wide range of conditions, including
stroke recovery, neurological disorders, orthopedic needs, respiratory conditions, cardiac issues, and post-trauma care . Routine therapy services are available
Monday through Friday , with the option of
six-day-per-week therapy
when needed to maximize progress. Our nursing team extends therapeutic care between sessions by assisting with
walking, exercises, and activity programs
developed by our therapy staff, ensuring consistent support and strong clinical outcomes.

Requirements :
Current RN licensure recognized by the State of Vermont required.
