Responsibilities
Client Service : Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service to clients, addressing their insurance queries and concerns.
Problem Solving : Resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction and retention.
Policy Management : Manage and update customer records and policy information accurately within our systems.
Communication : Liaise with clients and underwriters to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Work with other team members to enhance service quality and address customer needs holistically.
Continuous Improvement : Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product enhancements and industry changes.
Requirements
Licensing : Active Virginia Property & Casualty Insurance License.
Experience : Experience in providing customer support in a remote setting, specifically within the insurance industry, is preferred.
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Customer Service : Strong orientation towards customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Problem-Solving : Ability to handle challenging situations with a positive attitude.
