Join Fly Minds as a Volunteer Ambassador!

Fly Minds is seeking passionate volunteers with experience in business leadership or non-profit development to help us attract partners and secure vital funding. As an Ambassador, you'll play a key role in expanding our network of community partners, boosting involvement, and helping us create life-changing opportunities for underserved youth in Alexandria.

What You'll Do :

As a Fly Minds Ambassador, your mission will be to help us broaden our reach and increase community engagement. You’ll commit to a minimum of 3 months (approximately 12 hours). Virtual training will be provided, and you'll have the option to participate in a voluntary 3-hour Ambassador Training program to dive deeper into our current programs and future goals.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify potential community partners
• Share networking opportunities, events, and activities that align with our mission
• Represent Fly Minds at events and raise awareness about our programs
• Build meaningful partnerships with influential organizations and individuals
• Promote Fly Minds’ initiatives to grow our community presence locally and nationally
• Collaborate with our staff to review and develop partner leads
• Initiate outreach and correspondence with prospective partners
• Document all outreach activities in our CRM system
