Payroll Functional Analyst
Join our dynamic SAP HCM Payroll team as a Payroll Functional Analyst and leverage your over 5 years of experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing SAP HCM solutions, with a focus on North America payroll. This role is critical in ensuring seamless payroll operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end payroll processes, including system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and compliance reporting.
- Drive strategic SAP HCM Payroll initiatives, ensuring alignment with labor and tax regulations of the US and Canada while upholding operational excellence.
- Facilitate collaboration between HR, IT, and Finance to deliver adaptable, business-focused payroll solutions.
- Engage in technical testing and provide post-implementation support.
- Maintain adherence to best practices in configuration and PEPSICO standards along with proper documentation.
Compensation and Benefits

Strong understanding of SAP HCM Payroll, with expertise in US Payroll regulations, Infotypes, Wage Types, and Taxation.Experience with retroactive accounting and off-cycle payroll processes.Proficiency in reading and modifying Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs) and Schemas.Knowledge of time data integration with payroll and experience in working with time evaluation results.Familiarity with SAP HCM data uploads using LSMW or BDC.Understanding of BSI TaxFactory and preparation of year-end tax forms (W-2, W-4).Excellent communication and documentation skills; bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus.PepsiCo is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
