Strongbridge has an exciting opportunity for a hands-on, experienced Project Managerwith a passion for innovation. The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects ofthe project, including assessment of project issues and development of resolutions tomeet schedule, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Candidates must

be clearable for a public trust and be a US Citizen or Green Card holder and have livedin the US for the past 3 years consecutively.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage full lifecycle of complex projects in the area of critical businessapplications.
  • Daily interaction with customer stakeholders.
  • Management andcoordination of one or more Agile development teams.
  • Analyze new and complexprogram-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the

schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financialmanagement of the program.

  • Identify and resolve issues that may negatively impact aproject or project deliverables.
  • Provide continuous improvement by re-engineering ofprocesses to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Required Skills :

  • At least 10 years relevant experience in project management, overseeing
  • development projects using various Software Development Lifecycle methodologies.

  • Atleast 10 years of proven experience in federal government program / projectmanagement.
  • Strong experience planning and managing Agile Sprint cycles usingtools such as Jira, etc.
  • Excellent management skills for leading a team of applicationdevelopers, analysts, system administrators, test engineers, and other positions asassigned.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and meetingmanagement expertise with strong presentation and facilitation skills, includingexperience with executive client facing interaction.
  • Knowledge / experience withMicrosoft Professional Suite (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint).
  • PMI Project ManagementProfessional (PMP) certification.
  • Pay Range : $130k - $150k

    The posted salary range reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity.
