Position : PRN Telehealth Registered Dietitian

Location : Remote (Must be licensed in Nevada to apply)

Schedule : Flexible, starting with 0-2 hours / week (with potential for additional hours)

Compensation : Competitive - $30-38 / hr, based on experience

Your Role and Impact

As a Telehealth Dietitian, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering individualized nutrition care to patients from the comfort of your home. Your expertise will help people lead healthier lives and manage chronic conditions effectively.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct virtual nutritional assessments of patients via telehealth platforms (e.g., Teams, Google Meet, Zoom, FaceTime, phone calls).
• Evaluate nutritional risk factors and craft personalized nutrition care plans to manage chronic conditions, prevent illness, and maintain comfort.
• Review patient information, including H&P / face sheets, current progress notes, intake, anthropometrics, etc., provided by the clinical team.
• Complete comprehensive and timely progress notes according to the provided template.
• Collaborate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care.
• Stay current on best practices in nutrition care and telehealth.
