Production & Compliance Manager

Position Summary
Midas is seeking an energetic, resilient, and passionate project and compliance manager with strong organizational skills to join our rapidly expanding Franchise Development team. We are specifically seeking a seasoned professional who can balance franchisee and franchisor expectations, while enabling quick and efficient store openings. The Production and Compliance Manager role is focused on our store opening process, including transactional, operational, and legal aspects required to stay compliant, while providing a seamless and favorable customer experience. This role works closely with franchisees, operations, administrators, and sales team to create, maintain, and innovate a series of world class processes that enable efficient scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaboration – this role is required to effectively collaborate with internal operations, field operations, franchisees, sales team, and external parties – including but not limited to Internal / External Legal Counsel, Marketing, FP&A and Systems contractors
- Create and proactively maintain Store Opening processes with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for all tasks – to be maintained within the technology framework, as well as an SOP manual
- Directly lead a team of transaction and contract managers who are cross-trained and can balance urgency and risk mitigation
- Exceed aggressive Store Opening goals by creating and consistently delivering a results and solutions-based approach
- Reduce time required to open a new store, and build predictability into Store Opening dates to enable teams to deliver stores that are ready to delight customers upon opening
- Create and maintain a sense of urgency, directly influencing a culture of customer excellence and support for our franchisees
- Understanding of state and federal laws concerning franchise sales and disclosures including Franchise Disclosure Documents (FDD)
- Experience with CRM and Project Management initiation, implementation and execution (ex. FranConnect). Possess the technical skills to navigate, populate, and utilize.Further, being able to build, maintain, and improve current infrastructure.
- Lead candidates through a complex, multi-stage process to open a new store
- Be a primary point of contact for franchisees post site selection and work with internal departments to complete store openings
- Maintain strict compliance with all state and federal franchise sales and disclosure laws
- Timely and professionally respond to all stakeholders
- Available for limited travel as required, could include weekends
- Aptitude to work in a self-directed, fast paced environment and take direction
- Strong presentation skills, including public speaking

Qualifications
