Primary Care Physician Opportunity – Just Outside Jacksonville, FL - 30 minutes to the beach!

What You Can Expect :

Monday–Friday Schedule :  8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM with no weekends

Low Patient Volume :  See just 10–12 patients per day, allowing for deeper patient relationships and meaningful care

Supportive, Team-Based Environment :  Work alongside experienced NPs / PAs, MAs, social workers, pharmacists, and lab services — with built-in specialist referral support
