To achieve this, we're building a team of technical CRM experts who specialize in building, testing, and launching marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. Our focus is on operational efficiency and campaign excellence, ensuring that every communication reaches the right audience, on time, with exceptional quality and craft.
About the Role
As an Associate, Campaign Operations , you will be responsible for building, testing, and launching retention marketing campaigns for the DoorDash Merchant audience. You'll collaborate closely with Lifecycle Marketing partners and Project Managers to ensure campaigns meet all requirements and are delivered on time, error-free, and at scale. Your performance will be measured by campaign quality, timeliness, and operational efficiency. This role reports to the Campaign Operations Manager .

- Campaign Strategy & Execution : Build, QA, and launch multi-channel retention marketing campaigns (email, push, in-app messaging, etc.) in Iterable , collaborating with designers, copywriters, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality programs.
- Operational Efficiency : Develop scalable workflows, processes, and best practices to improve campaign quality and reduce errors.
- Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with Lifecycle Marketing, Martech, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design teams to align on campaign objectives, audience targeting, and creative execution.
- Performance Analysis : Track and analyze campaign performance, offering insights and recommendations to optimize quality, craft, and efficiency for future initiatives.
- Stakeholder Management : Serve as the primary Campaign Operations contact for Lifecycle Marketing partners, ensuring alignment with priorities and goals.
- Tool Expertise : Leverage Iterable and other marketing platforms to build sophisticated campaigns with automation, dynamic content, and A / B testing.

Experience : 2 3 years in B2B Retention Marketing, Email Marketing, or Lifecycle Marketing.Technical Proficiency : Hands-on experience with Iterable strongly preferred; proficiency with ESP / marketing automation tools required.Operational Excellence : Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Analytical Mindset : Comfort with interpreting data and campaign performance metrics to inform decisions and improvements.Collaborative Approach : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively across teams and stakeholders.
