Are you a compassionate, skilled Nurse Practitioner (CNP, FNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) looking for a rewarding career in a picturesque location? We re seeking a healthcare hero to join our post-acute care facility in beautiful Show Low, AZ. You ll be providing exceptional care to patients in a post-acute care setting, utilizing your expertise in family medicine or internal medicine. Don t worry if you re fresh out of school we re excited to welcome new grads who are ready to learn, grow, and make a difference.

What You ll Do :

  • Deliver top-notch care to post-acute patients Monday through Friday (weekends are for you!).
  • Manage patient assessments, care plans, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team that believes in quality care (and quality coffee).
  • Document care with precision because every patient deserves a note-worthy experience.

What You Bring :

  • Certification as a Nurse Practitioner (CNP, FNP, APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA).
  • A passion for family or internal medicine.
  • The ability to thrive in a dynamic, post-acute care environment.
