Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Salem, Oregon
Hours: Monday - Friday - 8-5pm

LHH is partnering with a well-known company in Salem that is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Specialist for a direct-hire opportunity. This is a great role for someone who wants to be part of a collaborative, supportive accounting team and make an immediate impact. Below are more details.
In this role, you will:
- Process high-volume invoices, ensuring accuracy, proper approvals, and correct GL coding
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documents; resolve discrepancies
- Prepare and run weekly check batches, ACH payments, and wire transfers
To be a fit, you must have:
- 2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Strong understanding of debit/credit concepts and invoice workflow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks, etc.)
