§ Ability to work in cleanroom full time
§ Excellent manual dexterity to be able to assemble small parts using tools and optical microscopy
§ Ability to mix two-part solutions to prescribed volumes to support molding and joining processes
§ Able to perform required gowning actions to work primarily in a clean room environment.
§ Able to measure using laboratory equipment, including graduated pipettes and cylinders
§ Perform machine set up of ultrasonic welders, pneumatic presses and heat-sealing equipment
§ Perform cleaning, pouching, sealing / labeling of sterile product
§ Perform line clearance and start up activities, including scheduled maintenance tasks of equipment and facility
§ Familiarity with MS Office, including use of Access databases
§ Must be flexible or able to work overtime if needed
§ Able to self-motivate and work both independently and as part of a team
§ Demonstrated success in planning for complex assembly production flows
