• Must be willing to travel to Seymour, IN 1 time per week

24 Hours / Month Skilled Care Community - Bloomington

24 Hours / Month Skilled Care Community - Seymour, IN

Coverage of 4 Assisted Living Communities quarterly - 4 hours onsite each visit

Must have NDTR / RD credential awarded from the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
