We are looking for a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, California. This is a long-term contract position within the non-profit sector, offering an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by coordinating programs and fostering collaboration among stakeholders. Responsibilities :
- Facilitate the setup of new program sites and ensure smooth operations.
- Organize and lead regular meetings with service providers and key stakeholders.
- Disseminate organizational policies to staff, partners, and program participants.
- Conduct orientations for newly onboarded staff to familiarize them with program protocols.
- Act as a primary liaison to maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure consistent communication between service providers and organizational staff.
- Oversee staff registration processes and ensure proper identification measures are in place.
- Coordinate efforts with homeless service providers and other stakeholders to meet program objectives.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the non-profit sector.
- Proven ability to manage timelines and schedules effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for handling multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to maintain collaboration among diverse groups.
- Customer-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
- Proficiency in master scheduling and coordination.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to evolving needs.
- Familiarity with stakeholder engagement and program implementation.
