HR Assistant

HR Support Specialist in Oshkosh Area

We are seeking a dedicated HR Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in assisting with the onboarding of new associates following a large acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for project work that supports various HR functions.

Responsibilities :

• Enter data of new associates into the HRIS system accurately and efficiently.
• Provide comprehensive benefits support to new and existing associates.
• Assist with special HR projects as needed to support the team's objectives.

Work Environment :

This is a full-time role requiring 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday. The work hours are flexible, with the possibility to establish a set 8.5-hour daily schedule between 7 am and 6 pm. The position starts as a contract role with potential for a long-term opportunity on the team.

This is a Contract position based out of Oshkosh, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00 / hr.
