Automotive Service Advisor – Diesel Specialist

Looking for a place where trucks rule and customers leave smiling? This shop is on the hunt for a skilled and personable Service Advisor to keep the wheels turning smoothly.

The Shop

This locally-owned repair shop is all about diesel—Cummins, Powerstroke, and Duramax are the bread and butter here (nothing bigger than an F-750). With four bays, two heavy-duty lifts, and tech tools like Ford IDS, SnapOn HD, and OEM software, the shop runs on solid systems and a growing reputation.

Location : Jacksonville, NC

Hours : 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Staffing : A small but mighty team, adding two more techs this fall

The Role

The Service Advisor is the heartbeat of the shop, turning customer needs into clear, efficient service. This isn't just a desk job—it's a chance to blend technical know-how with people skills and sales ability.

What's Needed

3+ years of experience as a Service Advisor (diesel knowledge is a huge plus)

Confidence in parts and service for diesel vehicles

Tech-savvy with modern shop software (Shop-Ware experience is a bonus)

A self-starter who thrives in a team-driven environment

Strong customer service and sales skills (yes, selling is part of the fun)

This role offers fully commission-based pay, earnings are limitless! If you can sell, you can easily make upwards of $80,000+ (OR MUCH MORE) annually!

Training is provided, including sales coaching to sharpen skills even further.

Pay Structure : Semi-monthly pay periods

Time Off :

2 weeks PTO after 1 year
