The Organic Search Manager will develop and scale our organic search strategy to drive measurable growth. Your work will directly impact organic search visibility across traditional and AI based search engine platforms. This position will manage external agencies and collaborate with internal teams to develop robust strategies for content, technical SEO and results reporting.
In this hands-on role, the Organic Search Manager will :
- Own, develop and manage our internal and external agency organic search strategy and tactics
- Manage, measure and evaluate organic search agency performance
- Develop strategy to maximize brand and non-brand visibility, page rank and conversions with traditional organic search and future AI overview results
- Own content strategy, partnering with external agencies to produce engaging, organic search content for digital properties
- Track, measure and report on the impact of organic search strategies on page ranking, leads, and new customer acquisition
- Identify and drive technical enhancements that improve page rank performance
- Proactively identify and address on-page organic search opportunities including technical SEO
This individual must have strong, practical working experience managing organic search. The ideal candidate will have agency experience, as well as in-house marketing experience managing outside agencies. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and has direct oversight of digital agency partners to drive business performance.
