We're looking for a motivated Real Estate Recruiter to help us find, attract, and onboard top-performing agents to our thriving real estate brokerage. You’ll play a critical role in our company's growth by sourcing talent, nurturing relationships, and guiding candidates through the recruiting process—from first contact to onboarding.
Compensation :
$65,000+ & bonus income
Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and interview potential real estate agents through a variety of channels
- Manage and track leads using our CRM and applicant tracking systems
- Schedule and conduct recruiting calls, interviews, and follow-ups
- Promote our brand and company culture to prospective agents
- Coordinate with team leaders and brokers to identify hiring needs
- Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition
