Position Summary
United Charter High Schools is seeking a dynamic, organized, and creative Office Manager / Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our Central Office. Serving as the face of the organization, this individual will ensure smooth office operations, provide high-level executive support, and contribute to school and community engagement through events and communications.
The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and able to balance administrative, creative, and logistical responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
Create and manage surveys as needed.
Event & School Support
Coordinate with vendors and external partners.
Creative Communications
Collect content (photos, stories, highlights) from school events for promotional use.
Front Desk & Office Management
Enter and monitor guest information in the building's security system.
General Administrative Support
