Responsibilities

Master our sales process within six months—an achievement typically requiring up to a year—and assume a mentor role to coach and inspire new team members. Lead, innovate, and ignite a fresh era of sales excellence within our organization.

Additional Qualifications

  • Pass a high-level pre-employment background check.
  • Active drivers license and reliable transportation.
  • Active health & life insurance producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain; study course provided and state licensing fees reimbursed).
  • Bachelor's degree or minimum of four years of post-high school work experience (candidates within six months of degree completion or less than four years of relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
