About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager at Everway, you are a product leader responsible for guiding product discovery and development, with a strong focus on aligning product strategy with business objectives. This role requires you to influence and lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring our products meet both customer and business needs. You will define and prioritize product features, create roadmaps, and ensure the product is delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve the product.

Main Responsibilities

• Product Discovery : Define and prioritize product requirements based on market trends, user research, customer feedback, and business objectives. Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Product Delivery : Define and document product features and user stories for the development team. Work with engineering and QA to prioritize the product backlog and ensure on-time delivery of product improvements.
• Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, UI / UX design, UX research, marketing, and sales, to ensure product requirements are understood and delivered. Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and customers.
• Thought Leadership : Cultivate a deep understanding of the product landscape and engage in sharing industry insights, best practices, and innovative strategies.
