Primary Skillset-Mandatory

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in data governance, data management, or a related technology discipline (internships and project experience considered).
• Basic understanding of API concepts, lifecycle, and documentation (OpenAPI / Swagger, REST, GraphQL).
• Exposure to event-driven architectures or messaging platforms (e.g., Apache Kafka)
• Familiarity with data governance principles and frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM) preferred.
• Awareness of data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements relevant to financial services (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, internal data policies).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Excel and / or data analysis tools; experience with SQL is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills; ability to work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders.
