What You’ll Do:

• Provide personalized, in-home care for seniors in the Gresham area
• Assist with daily living tasks: bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Follow care plans and communicate with the care team
• Monitor health changes and report concerns
• Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment

What You Bring to the Role:

• Personal or professional caregiving experience (preferred, not required)
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
• Strong communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Ability to travel at least 15 miles one way to client homes
• Comfort working in varied home environments
• Consent to safety devices where applicable (e.g., video monitoring)
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs
