We are looking to hire accomplished inside sales / marketing representatives to make real connections with clients that are requesting an estimate on their move. We need focused individuals that have a highly-successful track record of selling and thriving in high energy stress free environment.

Job duties :

• Create new sales by providing product knowledge in a timely manner
• Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific products / services needed
• Recommend alternate products based on cost, availability or specifications
• Accurately process customer quotes and book dates
• Follow up with proper paper work needed to complete transaction
• Provide accurate information regarding availability
• Increase sales and average order size by means of up-selling, add-on sales and offering extra services that we can provide
• Contact customers following sales to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and resolve any complaint
• Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the distribution team
• Maintain proficiency in using personal computer, data entry terminal and other common office equipment and software
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Present a professional image at all times to customers
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Essential Skills and Capabilities :

A minimum of 2 years' experience in phone-based sales

Excellent grammar

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize, multi-task and follow up

Effective working in an open team environment

Highly self-motivated and deal oriented with an entrepreneurial spirit

Outbound calling to generate qualified sales leads and opportunities

Assisting management with prospect follow up and other sales activities as needed

Responding to leads and determining possible opportunities

Following up and converting leads to a new accounts

Understanding industry trends, issues and competitors

Reporting sales and lead generation activity

Professional Call Center Experience Preferred.
