Restaurant Manager – Benefits and Compensation
- $55,000 - $65,000 base salary + bonus eligibility

Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of previous restaurant or hospitality management experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredServSafe certified and proficient in food and alcohol safetyStrong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skillsAbility to manage a 45+ hour work week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidaysComfortable collaborating across departments and managing both guest and team member experiencePhysically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 poundsRestaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills
