Restaurant Manager – Benefits and Compensation

  • $55,000 - $65,000 base salary + bonus eligibility

Restaurant Manager – Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of previous restaurant or hospitality management experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ServSafe certified and proficient in food and alcohol safety
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to manage a 45+ hour work week with open availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable collaborating across departments and managing both guest and team member experience
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
  • Restaurant Manager – Preferred Background & Skills

  • Proven ability to manage sales, labor, and Prime Cost within budget
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating one-of-a-kind hospitality experiences
  • Track record of mentoring and developing team members for future leadership roles
  • Familiarity with executing culinary standards and working closely with back-of-house teams
  • Collaborative leadership style with ownership mentality and high brand standards
  • Experience upholding SOPs and leading location-level HR initiatives
