Job Summary

As the IP/SDC at Chestnut Hill Health & Rehab Center, you will oversee infection prevention initiatives while also coordinating staff education and competency programs. This dual-role position is critical to maintaining compliance, staff preparedness, and high standards of resident care.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate orientation and competency programs

· Conduct in-service education and training

· Maintain education and compliance records

· Support quality improvement initiatives

· Collaborate with nursing leadership

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts nursing license required

Employment Type

• Full-Time

Pay Range: $70,000/year - $105,000
