Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner-Physician Assistant located in Santa Fe, NM. The Nurse Practitioner-Physician Assistant will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients (urgent care : suturing, foreign body removals, etc...), developing treatment plans, conducting patient assessments, and providing patient education. Additionally, they will manage acute illnesses, perform routine examinations, prescribe medications, and consult with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Qualifications

• Advanced clinical skills in diagnosing and treating patients
• Competence in developing treatment plans and conducting patient assessments
• Experience in performing routine examinations and prescribing medications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies
• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in New Mexico
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
