In this role, you’ll lead strategic initiatives that reimagine how we deliver care, streamline operations, and strengthen our ability to adapt and thrive.

You’ll collaborate closely with executive leaders and teams across the organization to design and bring to life new models, processes, and solutions that advance our mission. From concept to completion, you’ll ensure transformation efforts stay on track by championing collaboration, clear communication, and continuous improvement every step of the way.

What we're looking for :

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, public health, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives, transformation projects, or change management in healthcare or nonprofit settings.
• 2+ years of Process and System Improvement experience.
• Experience working cross-functionally with clinical, operational, and executive teams.
• Familiarity with healthcare delivery models, quality improvement, and organizational development
