We’re looking for Roofing Service Technicians who take pride in their work, show up ready, and want a long-term home with a company that’s growing fast across DFW.

What You’ll Do

• Perform leak repairs, roof inspections, and preventive maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, metal, shingles, etc.).
• Diagnose leaks accurately and make permanent, high-quality repairs — not patch jobs.
• Document your work with photos, notes, and service reports in our job software.
• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff to keep every job on track.
• Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe at all times.
• Support training and mentoring of new techs as we expand the team.

Employment Type : Full-Time

Pay : $28–$38 / hour + bonuses + benefits

Schedule : Monday–Friday (occasional emergency calls)

Start Date : ASAP
