Activity Director

We’re looking for an Activity Director / Transportation Coordinator with a compassionate mindset and a passion for helping seniors. A self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative. This team member loves caring for patients and knows how to develop lasting trust. Could this be you?

Must be licensed as a recreational therapist, occupational therapist, occupational therapy assistant, or have completed a division approved course and have (2) years of experience.

Responsibilities :

Organize and plan programs, activities, events, and entertainment to enhance the lives of our residents.

Promote initiatives that inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions.

Promote and communicate upcoming activities and events to encourage participation.

Determine appropriate activity levels based on residents' cognitive and physical abilities.

Schedule resident medical transportation and activity transportation

Oversee activity department and transportation department employees

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Strong communication and personal skills

Valid driver's license
