NWTS is recruiting on behalf of our client, a global healthcare innovator seeking a Data Engineer / Sr. Data Engineer to join their Enterprise Data, AI & Platforms (EDP) team.

What You'll Do :

Design and build scalable data pipelines and ETL frameworks across AWS (Glue, Lambda, Athena, Step Functions, Lake Formation).

Optimize and manage data lakes, warehouses, and streaming systems using tools like Snowflake, Redshift, or S3.

Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and business teams to deliver high-impact, high-integrity data solutions.

Implement automation for data validation, monitoring, and CI / CD to ensure security, quality, and uptime.

Drive cloud innovation by influencing architectural decisions, evaluating new technologies, and mentoring peers.

What You Bring :

Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field.

4+ years of experience (Sr. level preferred) building cloud-based data architectures.

Proven expertise with AWS , Python , SQL , and modern ETL / ELT frameworks (Glue, Airflow, dbt, etc.).

Familiarity with data modeling , governance , and DevOps / CI / CD practices.

Strong analytical mindset and a passion for clean, scalable, and secure data solutions.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
