We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Director of Project Management to lead large-scale, cross-functional programs that drive enterprise transformation. Key responsibilities include overseeing our program governance, hands-on management of initiatives, supporting executive-level priorities, and ensuring alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in management consulting and / or financial services, with a proven ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver results.
Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact programs, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget alignment. Able to run a variety of programs including but not limited to, technology systems implementation, operating model design, enterprise-wide change efforts, and mergers, acquisitions and divestures.
- Support the Head of Transformation in overseeing the full portfolio of projects at CIM Group. Establish program governance frameworks, track KPIs, and deliver executive-level updates and recommendations.
- Lead the creation of business cases and investment proposals that articulate strategic rationale, expected outcomes, and ROI. Perform advanced analysis and modeling in Excel to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with senior leaders, department heads, and external partners to align on goals, resolve issues, and drive accountability.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, or risk mitigation across programs and functionsand take the initiative to act on them.
- Lead cross-functional working groups, mentor junior program managers, manage external consultants and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Develop subject matter expertise in CIM Group's businesses, understand key business drivers and how projects ultimately contribute to the organization.
- Support the Head of Transformation in executing business cadences such as Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and leadership strategy meetings.
- Create compelling presentations and executive-ready materials.
Education / Experience Requirements :
8+ years of experience in program and project management.Experience in leading and developing a team is preferred.Background in management consulting and / or financial services strongly preferred.Strong executive presence and communication skills.PMP or similar certification is a plus.Experience with Agile and SCRUM is a plus.About You :

The start of the salary range is typically associated with the minimum experience required. At CIM, base pay is one part of the total compensation package. For this role, bonus compensation may be a significant part of the total compensation. The anticipated base salary range for the position in Los Angeles, CA is $200,000 - $225,000.
