This is an opportunity to support core EMS and Substation Network systems from both operation and security perspectives while contributing to a work-life balanced organization focused on excellence. You will monitor and solve complex network issues and have opportunities to implement security policies at firewall and IDS / IPS levels to enhance security postures.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain network systems.
• Perform security patch evaluation and plan updates as needed.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deploy new network services and troubleshoot network issues.
• Perform network testing and evaluate new hardware and technology.
• Document changes through ticketing systems.
