Mechanical Drill Operator (1st Shift)

Mechanical Drill Operator - 2nd Shift

Performs all NC drilling functions required in a PCB manufacturing environment.

Nature of Duties :

• Must be able to operate Excellon & Hitachi drill machines, PCB X-ray equipment, and (XRT) X-ray tooling equipment.
• Capable of running NC drill equipment in both manual and automatic modes.
• Must be able to make scale and step changes, handle delicate components, and load / unload materials.
• Experience with Pluritec tooling, Smart parts, or drill cards for setup, visual inspection, and measurements.
• Proficient in using measuring devices (micrometers, dial calipers) and scopes to measure hole sizes.

Salary range (annual) : $43,680 - $47,528. Actual pay will depend on experience, education, certifications, and skills. Benefits include health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, paid holidays and PTO, and possibly stock awards and bonuses.
