An Inside Sales Associate is responsible to maintain, identify and grow customer base, provide consistent and superior customer service, increase sales and margin, and follow up on all accounts. Location : Bluffton, SC near Hilton Head.

Responsibilities :

• Provide timely, accurate, and complete project quotations
• Provide accurate project management of project orders
• Multiple customer types including contractor, government, commercial and industrial
• Negotiate pricing and terms with project vendors and customers
• Enter orders for different jobs for different customers
• Setup certain customers on blankets
• Follow up on product deliveries
• Help counter with sales
• Courtesy and politeness toward customers
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks to be completed throughout the day
• Other duties as required
