Position Overview

The Maintenance Technician supports the safe and efficient operation of our buildings, grounds, and agency vehicles. The role involves general upkeep, emergency repairs, and seasonal maintenance, ensuring a safe, functional, and welcoming environment for staff, youth, and visitors.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must hold a High School Diploma or GED
• General knowledge of building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) strongly preferred
• Prior maintenance experience in residential or child care facilities is a plus
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screening, and a physical
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred

Note : Construction, electrical, or skilled trades experience is not required but highly valued.
