We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI / ML Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning to design, develop, and deploy advanced models that drive data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions that enhance our products and services.

• Responsibilities
• Design and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and Spark.
• Develop algorithms for analytics and unsupervised learning to extract insights from complex datasets.
• Collaborate with data engineers to ensure optimal database design for model deployment.
• Utilize Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model integration.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Create documentation for model development processes, including version control practices.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in AI / ML development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering process.
• Requirements
• Proven experience in AI / ML engineering with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in VBA being a plus.
• Solid understanding of database design principles and experience with SQL.
• Familiarity with TensorFlow, Spark, and other relevant machine learning frameworks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Experience in model deployment and maintenance in production environments.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various departments.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $135,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
