Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct patient examinations and evaluations, including medical history, physical assessments, and reviewing relevant imaging and reports.
• Take and review X-rays, complete radiology reports, and interpret lab results.
• Formulate diagnoses and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Educate patients on findings, care plan options, rehabilitation exercises, lifestyle modifications, and health goals.
• Provide chiropractic adjustments and functional medicine, recommend supplements, and utilize adjunct therapies.
• Document progress notes accurately.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure cohesive treatment plans.
• Participate in community outreach events for patient acquisition.
• Manage inventory and place orders as needed.
• Engage in team training and coaching activities.
