We are seeking a Process Development Engineer to join our team.

This role will involve leading process development, validation, and manufacturing optimization efforts for engineering and production operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in process characterization, validation, equipment setup, and documentation (IQ / OQ / PQ) , as well as a passion for continuous improvement and manufacturing excellence .

Job Description :

Trilyon is looking for a Process Development Engineer to support critical manufacturing and engineering initiatives. The Process Development Engineer will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of process validation, documentation, and optimization activities in compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform detailed characterization studies , statistical analyses, and generate comprehensive test reports to support validation and manufacturing readiness.

Lead process development and validation activities , including writing process instructions, manufacturing operating procedures (MOPs), and PFMEAs.

Build, install, and qualify manufacturing equipment and support the setup of production lines.

Execute and document engineering work orders (WOs) to support pilot and full-scale production builds.

Prepare and execute IQ / OQ / PQ protocols , including domestic and international (USA and Mexico) travel as needed.

Create, review, and manage Change Requests (CRs) and Change Notices (CNs) in Windchill to ensure proper configuration control.

Drive and implement Design for Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives, utilizing DMAIC principles to optimize processes and improve product reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams - including engineering, manufacturing, quality, marketing, and suppliers - to ensure seamless project execution.

Develop innovative workflows and methodologies to produce strong technical evidence of process and product performance.

Prepare, present, and communicate technical reports, validation data, and recommendations to project leads and stakeholders.

Review and coordinate drawings, BOMs, specifications, protocols, test plans, and reports , ensuring quality and consistency.

Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and delays while ensuring timely delivery of milestones.

The Process Development Engineer will also play a key role in promoting continuous improvement , supporting lean manufacturing practices, and ensuring processes meet both compliance and operational excellence standards .
